Here is a simple look I did today on my lazy day off. After such a hectic week/end I want to do absolutely nothing on both l my days off. This was quick and simple. Hope you enjoy!

Face: no foundation only my Maybelline Age Rewind dark circle concealer.
As a contour I used a blush I have had for a very long time and like it now. It is L'oreal feel natural blush in caramel.

Eyes: shadow base nyx jumbo pencil inilk

Avon eye liner in metallic gold #02, over that I used sephora's liquid eye liner in "or metal"

Lashes- cover girl mascara

Happy halloweeny!!

Hi loves!

So hurricane Sandy stopped by my town and gave me two days off from work. Not everyone in New York was fortunate enough and the count right now is 29 lives we loss. Heart felt wishes to those who loss someone.
In the mean time, today I left the house for a quick drive as I realized it got dark fairly quick. Once I got home I was inspired after seeing a makeup look Sephora had just posted on Instagram. (I was only able to see it while I was out of the house since I don't get service.). On Sunday i went to Target and bought a palette from ELF cosmetics with 100 eye shadows and needed to use it ASAP.! I must admit I had so much fun doing this look I might even repeat tomorrow for work.

I had some maj money making day to do so I was inspired with sexy/glamorous look and went for it. On my face I wanted a dark eye with extreme contouring and loved the over all look.

NAKED:: FOTD

If you do not own this palette and you are not really into buying makeup this one here is a staple and its valued at $50. It brings am enormous amount of variety from every day wear to girls night out. Below I played with five colors for a more dramatic look but that also come with my territory.
Colors used::
Virgin- is a pale, shimmered nude beige. It’s very, very light, but it’s such a beautiful neutral. It’s a little frosty for a highlighter, particularly on darker skin tones, but it would make for a great all-over wash or pop of light on the inner tear duct.
Buck- is a matte darkened beige-brown.
Half baked- is a coppery bronze with a frost-metallic finish
Hustle -is a dark plummy chocolate brown with a soft shimmer finish.
Creep-onyx with gold shimmer but it comes off more like silver

I wanted to share with you a collection that many went crazy over including myself. Thursday October 4th, at 8:30 am the alarm to my reminders goes off. Gratefully I was already at work and kept asking my co worker to check over the railing for any lines at Macy's, none at 9:30. By 9:50 I start heading there and see there six people waiting for the doors to slide open, once the doors open two females out of the six run in for the very limited amount the stores received. I wait by the register to give them the list I had written down and hear there are only two of the scarlet Ibis left and I yell "well I better get one"! And I did. The very last one!
